            American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers

            American Heart Association created this class for healthcare professionals and those preparing to enter the healthcare profession. This course is designed to help healthcare professionals learn to

            • recognize life threatening emergencies,
            • provide CPR to victims of all ages,
            • use an AED and relieve choking in a safe, timely, and effective manner.

            Students will learn the concepts of both single rescuer and team basic life support.

            **This is a Prerequisite for WWCC CNA class. Students must complete their certification 10 business days prior to the class start date to ensure certification.

            This is a blended (online and performance Evaluation class)

            Student must take the online class, print certificate, and then schedule performance evaluation.

            American Heart Association Heartsaver CPR Adult/Child/Infant and AED

            American Heart Association created this class for anyone who needs to learn CPR, including corporate and retail employees, security, law enforcement, daycare professionals, or anyone else who needs a course completion card in CPR / AED.

            American Heart Association Heartsaver is designed to prepare a wide variety of people who, as first responders may need to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation in the workplace or similar settings.

            This class will give you the information you need to give CPR in a safe, timely, and effective manner to an adult, child, or infant. It also provides information on using an AED for adults and children over 1 year of age.

            Must have 3 students for a class to be scheduled. Student’s can take the class online and schedule a performance evaluation to receive their certification.

            Instructor Led Tuition: $60

            American Heart Association Heartsaver First Aid

            American Heart Association First Aid is dedicated to helping reduce the number of deaths due to emergency events.

            With this basic first aid class students will learn they can make a difference in the lives of others. You might even save the life of someone you know.

            During this class you will cover first aid basics;

            • medical emergencies,
            • injury emergencies
            • environmental emergencies.

            This class is designed for Adult First Aid.

            Tuition is $50 per student, and includes a CD and student workbook

            Must have 3 students for a class to be scheduled. Students can take the class online and schedule a performance evaluation to receive their certification.

            Are you looking to become a babysitter for family, friends of the family, or your neighbors?

            Start your babysitting on the right foot and learn how to be a safe, a professional, and a reliable sitter.

            This program is designed to focus on

            • proper supervision,
            • basic caregiving skills,
            • responding to ill or injured children and infants in a babysitting sitting.

            Recommended ages for this class is 12- 16.

            Students who take this class will receive certification.

            Minimum number of students 3 maximum is 10.

            *This class does not certify students in First Aid or CPR.

            No Classes Are Currently Scheduled.
